Meet Cash

Cash Thomas is a Central California native whose deep-rooted passion for the outdoors and strong competitive drive have shaped both his personal and professional journey. A two-sport athlete in high school, Cash continued his competitive path playing Division I baseball at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While at UNLV, he earned a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Business Entrepreneurship/Management. After a successful college career, he returned home to begin his work in real estate.

Cash’s leadership qualities emerged early—serving as Class President in high school and later as team captain at UNLV—making the transition to becoming a broker and business owner a natural progression. He entered the real estate industry in 2011, earned his broker’s license in 2016, and founded CMT Properties, a residential brokerage, in 2017.

Growing up surrounded by agriculture, cattle ranching, and the hardworking people who sustain those industries, Cash developed a sincere appreciation for the values that drive them—fortitude, creativity, work ethic, and integrity. These same qualities became core to his real estate philosophy. In 2021, he joined AgriWealth, Inc. as Broker and Vice President, specializing in agricultural and investment properties across the Central Valley. He remains grateful to be part of a brokerage that prioritizes ethics, diligence, and the best interests of landowners.

Cash’s love for wide-open spaces began in childhood, spending countless hours in the foothills and coastal ranges hunting, fishing, hiking, and learning from mentors who instilled in him a deep respect for the land. These experiences formed the foundation of his future in land and ranch real estate. In 2023, he co-founded Broken Horn Land Co., combining his passion for land and ranching with his extensive industry experience. Broken Horn Land Co. is dedicated to helping ranchers and landowners divest or acquire property with exceptional client care, transparency, professionalism, and integrity.

Of all Cash’s accomplishments, he is most proud of his family. Married to his high school sweetheart, Prisca, he credits her unwavering support as a cornerstone of his success. Together, they are raising their two energetic children, Chance and Savvy.

Today, Cash represents residential, agricultural, commercial, and ranch properties with the same dedication, reliability, and professionalism that have defined his career. He remains committed to helping clients build lasting value in their land—financially, personally, and for generations to come.
