Meet Theresa

An award-winning Realtor® since 1996 and top-producing broker associate since 2017, Theresa Wilson puts her wealth of experience to work for her clients. With deep roots in the community, she understands and appreciates the many benefits of life in Bass Lake and the Sierra Foothills. Her extensive knowledge of the region and unique insight into the local market allow her to match her clients with their ideal homes, and she shows them the value of investing and living in these beautiful communities. Known for her caring nature and excellent customer service, Theresa truly enjoys helping families find their perfect vacation property or forever home. Among her numerous industry designations and certifications, she is a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS).

 

Originally from Massachusetts, Theresa relocated to California in 1978, working for over 15 years in the automobile industry as a business manager. While selling her home in Santa Barbara, she discovered her love of real estate and has never looked back. During her decades-long career, Theresa has garnered many industry accolades, including REALTOR® of the Year, and she has held multiple leadership positions with the California Association of REALTORS®, the Women’s Council of Realtors®, and the Yosemite Gateway Association of Realtors®. She also serves on a number of real estate committees.

 

Theresa is actively involved in her community, currently as Bass Lake Chamber president and the treasurer of the Madera County Association of Realtors®. She also sits on various local committees and volunteers for the Bass Lake Yosemite Triathlon and 5K. Her favorite role is playing Mrs. Claus at the annual Bass Lake Christmas Parade.
