We are so thrilled to share with you the 2023 sold market data for Bass Lake.

Our Bass Lake office dollar volume sold was $38,813,420.00! That is a record dollar volume sold in recent history! Our total office sales volume for all areas served was $47,892,000.00

This year we had total unit sales of 40, this breaks down as follows: 27 residential, 2 commercial, 4 land, and 7 manufactured homes.

We count volume by sides sold, each property has two sides, the listing side and the selling side, totalling 80.

Of those total sides sold 40 were in the Village,12 in Ridgeline. 0 in North Shore Estates, 2 in Slide Creek, 4 in Lakeshore Park, 4 in Marina View, 14 were in Sierra Springs, 2 on the South Shore, 2 in Crane Valley Estates.

Of those sold, 5 units were lakefronts, (equating to 10 sides) we are proud to share that 4 (equating to 7 sides) of those lakefront sales in the village were successfully listed and or sold by Stars and Stripes Realty, giving us 70% market share of all lakefronts sold this year.              Our client base is strong!

Our total sides sold for 2023 was 28 or 35% of the total unit market share, making us once again the Top Producing Office/Team at Bass Lake. Our sales team knocked it out of the park this year. Dedication, ongoing training, teamwork, and commitment to our clients are key in our successes.
